With Samedy and Cleveland, this may be the top D ball attack match I have seen. Nikki Taylor crushed it at Hawai'i, but those two are also top notch in that regard.
And now Newton getting into the action effectively. Hard thing to defend.

Kilkelly connected her platform before starting to move to her right for that ball hence the shanked dig. Hard to move with your arms stuck together.

Purdue’s strengths match up super well against Minnesota. Minnesota is awful at serve receive and rely a lot on their own serving playing against an elite serving team and elite passing team is really going to be hard for them to overcome. I wouldn’t be surprised if Purdue wins both matches just because of their ball control and serving

Guess we will see. a split does seem likely but Purdue is gonna take one of the matches. Their serving is going to be too much. Minnesota has elite hitters but they are like comically bad at passing. Also Cleveland is giving Purdue the offense they lacked vs Wisconsin |
