So excited! Living through a deep freeze (I know...it's nothing compared to the midwest) and ice storm destroying my landscaping in Austin...I need volleyball today! We've had the coldest stretch of arctic temperatures I can remember in a while. Not the coldest temperatures, but the coldest number of days that start below zero and end around 5 F. Sunday night, minus 15. It's been at least a week with about four more days to go (and the worst of it coming). It's fun to see the commercial buildings with the steam vents frozen into arctic stalagmites. Much like Kraft's eyelashes. So, 30 F would feel like shorts weather. I will say that the only positive/"win" I can foresee today is that I live in Miami Beach, and it's 81 right now. However, I do miss Indiana and the snow sometimes. I definitely miss the relatively "normal" drivers! Re: this match, I at least hope the Hoosiers can keep it interesting. The freshman class is promising. I really like Stockham and Blackwell! |

It looks like I will have no time to watch any Hoosier matches ahead of time. What are their strengths? What can we expect from them.
Again, what happens will come down to the badger passing in a different environment.

Worth on 35 yesterday. Yikes. I have seen ice cripple Texas cities before. All looks nasty. Though, to be fair, Wisconsin is still the place that saw a car take a header off of an overpass the other day. |

Badgers aren't handling the ball great. Indiana is keeping the ball alive and getting blocks. Badgers have to adjust. Indiana only has 3 K.
13-13. after and IU challenge on the touch fails.

I don't like to judge these BTN+ teams too harshly, but I am not optimistic about this crew not earning the mute button.
