When Devyn isn't in the front row, badgers are struggling. Demps comes in and gets a couple kills and an HE. 20-15 UW after a block. TO IU. I think we are learning they are a shaky road team. |

Hilley's setting has been...interesting. She is trapping hitters. Making some interesting decisions. Not utilizing back row very well.

When Rettke can put the ball in play on the serve it is lethal. High risk, high reward with her serve. Always has been

Wisconsin out hit Indiana by .340 points.
Set 1 17 of 21 points Indiana scored were from Wisconsin's errors.
Wisconsin made adjustments after set 1 per Sheffield and hit 461 rest of way.

Sheff postgame:
They do a lot of trap blocking schemes and diving on single blocks. Hadn't seen that system before. They started recognizing the system
Did a different ball affect servers? Doesn't know. The service errors spooked them and they got conservative in the middle of the match.
Hilley recognized that they were commit blocking on the quicks. Hilley started sending the middles away from Robinson.
Then started running Robinson on the quick and they hadn't done that much before. She gets up quick.
Rettke got blocked and they recognized that they were committing on Rettke. They started running go and back sets to counter.
Proud of her ability to recover after having a chance to clear her head. Molly the same.

There was a bunch of tipping both because sets were tight and hitters/ Hilley adjusted too much. Rettke was blocked a few times because she was too tight. |
