I know I’m a broken record on this, but I don’t like Bower’s catch and throw dump. I like consistency. If they allow that -- then don't call it when an OH does the same thing. Setter dumps seem to get a little more leeway. |

23-19. Grimmer cross-court RS kill. Initially popped up, can’t get 2nd contact up enough.
23-20. Fayad LS kill through the block.
24-20. Long rally. Nice digs from both teams. Great score table save from Bower. Fayad blocked to end it.
24-21. BYU serve in the net.
25-21. Deep middle kill from Dodson.

Frohling has not been very good this season It's perplexing. She was an AA, and both the WCC and South Pacific Region Freshman of the Year last season. She had 2.67 kills/set hitting .267 when being set by Newsome. She's a 6'5 Opposite. Doesn't seem to be injured. It just seems like the current setters can't put a ball where she wants to swing. The setting has been wildly inconsistent, and she can't adjust...? She's getting a similar 2.77 kills/set this season, but only hitting .198 |

Grimmer is the Opposite that BYU was looking for ever since Hamsen graduated. She's very consistent and terminal.
13 kills at .550 in this match.

Lukes is also a shadow of her last year's self this season.
Wiblin is the only player doing better this season. She has been amazing all season long.

This BYU team looks SO much better than the first few matches of this season. They are really gelling.
