Why is there a 10 day pause before this all begins? Covid protocol I assume. Interesting that BB started just 4 days after selection Sunday with 68 teams to deal with...

Can anyone tell me who the best passing team is the best serving team is the S/O percentage team is the defensive team is before making my choices. Of major conference teams, I believe Kentucky is the best passing team for the season, but Oregon may catch them if you don't count the 4 matches a primary passer was COVID-ed out (might have to re-check those numbers). I can't imagine Washington not being the best serving team, at least in the PAC-12.

Curry is better than Murphy but Brooke is better than Stumler. Borup and Skinner both pass their bit of court very well but Borup is better. Tharp is fantastic though so it’s kind of a wash

What’s the deal with streaming? I have ESPN by signing in with my TV provider.

The first three rounds will all be online-only. Third round is regional semifinals, right? 4 of those matches will be on ESPNU. I don't think having 'just' ESPN access is good enough to get those matches.

One tidbit I read in the LJS was there are going to be 2 halls used, with 2 courts in each hall.
There is no arena use in the first three rounds to keep "equal competitive balance" or something like that

Also, it's been talked about in the WCC thread -- what are they going to do if BYU beats UCLA? Very possible. BYU will not play on Sunday.
Doubleheader on Monday, or the only match played on Saturday?

Interesting they will put ESPNU matches from the convention center courts. They're not using the arena until later.
