Wow. BYU is so well coached and they always play so well in the tournament. We should stop doubting them meh they got thumped out of the tournament the last two years without reaching 20 in any of the sets, but yes the years before that they definitely performed well they made a final four at least in 2018. They had a bad game against a pissed off fiery Utah team in 2019. They played Texas and Kentucky so tough in years before that.

I'm pulling Ndiaye. I love her and she's going to be great for the Bruins but maybe tonight's not her game. neither Ndiaye or Hadrych are doing well. .176 and .091 respectively But I like Hadrych's experience. Lane is just terrible at setting behind. The combination of 2 freshman setters + a freshman OPP + now a freshman MB seems like a bit much when you could try an experienced player on the court.

The bone I pick with hadrych is that she is very hit or miss.

UCLA needs to keep fighting, but I'm not sure BYU will get nervous and let the lead slip. They do have several freshmen though..so it is possible.

Can Barry set? What about Savage? Is there ANYONE on that bench that can just bump set the ball to one of these UCLA players who's last name isn't Lane?!

UCLA falling apart, and making errors. Need to regroup. Running out of time. Light is in!

I'm surprised, though I probably shouldn't be.
