I dont really think this Japan team could make much noise at OG. They don't do anything particular well compared to their past squads. Their offense is mediocre and they don't play good enough defense to give themselves more opportunities to get kills. But this is probably the best team they have in the quad. This! Where is the Japanese floor defense that forces super long rallies and tires out their opponents? |

I don’t see how Japan can win its crossover match. I think pool A is gonna go 1-3 in it’s QF’s at best, and Serbia is even a question mark.

Also grats for Brazil and Turkey on the silver and bronze <3
and Japan for making the final 4.
VNL will always be my favorite tournament lol regardless of what anyone says, it's the #future 8)

The 2018 edition is still the most competitive of the three VNL's so far. Hoping this tournament continues to trend upwards and that more teams send a good mix of players in the future.
