Whatever you just described is not a rule. Pretty sure this is an international level ref. The ball was on the Texas side. As long as the ball breaks the plane, even by centimeter, it’s fair play. |

A lot of block touches on the Texas outsides is making for some good play. Also, it’s good that Texas is winning extended rallies as there hadn’t been too many the past two matches (where both sides got quality swings anyways)
