Tbh I don't think Stysiak will fit in THY's system, even though it's really easy to just fling the high ball to her and say "go kill". But I'd rather get Drews for national team help and because I think THY will be a better with an oppo that hits a faster ball.

Regardless of Stysiak or Drews, THY really needs a foreign outside and possibly another middle next to Kalac. With Seyma on court they have no chance vs Italian teams in Champions League IMO.
That's what the advantage of having Karakurt IMO. Young, talented and local player.

They were going after Maglio for middle but things changed, I think, when they got into CL and decided to use the remaining foreigner spots on the pins. |

She's also 20 and young players often need years to reach their full potential. Novara decided to invest on her for next season, I'm curious to see what she can do there. |
