As a Texas fan I was just stating my opinion on Lilley as a setter, and making sure you know most knowledgeable fans, regardless of who they root for know she is the real deal. Weren't you an Aggie fan? Agree about Lilley. ABSOLUTELY!! but Texas also. I know players at both schools.

Someone said pages back that pins are edge Texas and if you think that as a trio Logan, Sky and Molly are better than Skinners and Stumler honey please. At best it’s edge Kentucky but if it isn’t it’s dead even suggesting Phillips is half the pin hitter that either of the Skinners is an insult to them. No offense to Phillips but she’s a natural middle who is playing right out of necessity and while she’s fine in that position she doesn’t quite touch the level of court awareness or swinging the others do on the pins.

Idk if Minnesota fans can talk about fragility... Squeak the word Barnes in a Minnesota thread and just watch the pitchforks come out. Trueeee but can Iowa talk about anything really???

It wasn't me that stated that, but I will say if you think either Skinner is anywhere near the same threat of Eggleston or Fields then you have been watching Kentucky in a vacuum because they are not. They are great players but Eggleston and Fields are great+.

That is all I said and Kentucky fans went crazy. They are very ~fragile~ it’s funny Bc I didn’t think rice had enough fire power to beat Texas either. Should we expect all this squawking until first serve tomorrow? We need to find you an additional hobby.

To me equals Kentucky being better on the pins Fields maybe better than Skinner on the left but she’s a natural right and that’s where she shines but not where she hits she’s still adjusting to OH. FYI all 3 of Kentucky’s pins are hitting a higher percentage than Fields on the season.

Yep, and that is a testament to Lilley not the overall skill of the Pins at Kentucky. You should know that... elite setters always make their hitters better than they actually are; those players are still very good, but they become AA type players once you add Lilley to the equation.

Maybe by the skin of your doesn’t-understand-statistical-significance nose. How do the middles match up? I’d check but I don’t know who Kentucky’s middles are.

And I’m eating some Kentucky Fried Chicken and my fingers are greasy. Also an over rated recipe.

Hitting against bottom feeder SEC schools and running up hitting percentage is your benchmark? Eggleston was in running for NPOY so much better than stumler. Fields is better than skinner because she can hit over most blocks and has better shot selection. Molly/ baby skinner are even with slight edge to baby skinner because Molly is playing out of position and has a funky swing and approach on the RS.
