I’m just waiting on @bwf to chime in here and tell me how UCLA needs to run a 6-2 this season because Hadrych is the most efficient hitter in the Pac 12.

when we gonna come to realize that 6-2s just DONT WORK... Gimme an example in which they did? u cant I don't have strong feelings one way or the other but I think this is far too simplistic to just look at who won a championship and who didn't. Firstly, many elite programs don't actually run 6-2 year in and year out, so there isn't even that big of a sample size, and even of the elite programs that are usually winning the national championship, it's usually the OTHER personnel that is making a difference at the margins, even in a 5-1. Both Stanford and Nebraska went like 6 or 7 years in between final four appearances until they had a truly elite OH that could put the ball down on the LS - it mattered not who setters were. You put enough firepower behind something and you can be a strong contender. 2009 Texas/PSU went 5 in the final. Penn State didn't beat Texas because Texas ran a 6-2. You'd see more 6-2's be successful if the teams where all the best hitters and passers were going to also ran a 6-2 more. Washington has won the Pac-12 in a 6-2.

Lane as the sole setter for UCLA? Ummm...that is definitely a choice. Lane is not a bad setter and if you would've read my reasoning.. I said i was going to put Devon Chang but idk if she is not injured anymore Is Audrey Pak leaving the team??? Lane and Pak were setting last year. Thanks

Lane and Pak were setting last year. Thanks Why would she leave? She came to UCLA as a walk-on. She knew playing time would be a longshot.
