This doesn’t help Minnesota? Psu won in total points, and the middles out blocked Minny’s They also significantly outhit them.

Sorry, PSU actually won the "total points & hitting" championship.

Hampton was definitely better than Minnesota's libero situation, Hord was obviously way better than either of Minnesota's middles. The only possible case that could be made is that Pittman was better than Gray because Gray didn't have a great season, but then again, neither did Pittman. this but if you’re looking at the middles as a pair PSU is way better there.yep! If you take Minnesota best middle and compare her to PSU “weaker” middle thats the only way it’s close. That tells you all you need to know. Hmm so why was penn state so bad this year? Individual talent according to y’all was easily better than Minnesota but they were not even close to as good as them throughout the year. I’m confused, you are saying Hampton is better than McGraw?

Also “so bad”? they lost in the same round of the tournament as Minnesota and played an insanely good Texas team closer than Wisconsin and Nebraska did. PSU had major short comings on the left pin but that’s about it. Prichard and Rollins are by no means all star OHs but they are more than adequate and will certainly elevate Penn state this year.

Okay you are correct. Penn state was significantly better all year and the better team. Glad they played Texas tough. Was a tough first two rounds to get there. But I will move on and let it get back to transfer tea.

All I said was it was kinda dumb to say PSU was “so bad” in comparison to Minnesota when they lost in the same round of the tournament and in the head to head with PSU coming out of a Covid pause they played a close game.

Anyone know where the setter from Utah is thinking about? Looks like Saige is now following Texas and Hawaii VB Instagram pages as well as some of the players from each squad....

I’d be shocked as all hell to see Texas snatch a highly regarded transfer setter imo. Gabriel really stepped up this season but like Cabello also looks pretty good too. Like come fall, I am very curious how things will go between the two of them. I honestly cannot think texas would take a transfer in any position... maybe a middle for the sakes of depth? But like they know they ain’t playing if they do. They’re really deep imo. If texas were to go into the transfer market at all, it would be after the fall. Logan, Brionne, and OBrien depart.
