If I had to guess (and it is a guess, no inside info) I'd guess Hord to Texas too. Love ya, but never been happier that your intuition was wrong <3

Congrats to Nebraska and their fans, this is a huge get for them. However Im starting to get tired of this, seems like the transfer portal is only making the rich get richer. If Nebraska and Texas are head and shoulders above everyone next year the transfer portal needs to be seriously updated because the fanbase that is currently growing around college volleyball will not continue to do so if the same two teams are always in the finals. In 2022 I'll be cheering for every team against TX and Neb, hope to see another first time winner. You might want to take a deep breath. Nebraska was in the finals Fall 2021 and prior to that 2018. Texas was in the finals Spring 2021 and prior to that 2016. That hardly equates to "always" . . .

If orr gets acclimated well, this is Nebraska’s championship to lose

Welcome to college 'free-agency'. The underbelly scuzzie factor is going to grow by leaps and bounds. Now that players can make money on themselves, so to will the 'industry' that gets their 'cut' off those players grow. ADs I expect will start thinking of opening 'Analytics Directors' positions in their organizations.

If orr gets acclimated well, this is Nebraska’s championship to lose this is why Texas fans were confused and questioning why everyone was saying if Texas doesn't win this year it'll be embarrassing, etc. Nebraska and Wisconsin are LOADED as well. even Minnesota has a great shot as well if Wurcherer comes in solid and Landfair looks healthy. there's more than a few dark horses as well.

To expand on your point, NEB was a "shoo-in" in 2016, PSU in '17, TX in '20*, etc.

That was one Kentucky fan and one Stanford fan (their names aren't important ) who were trying to prepare themselves in case Hord chose to transfer to Texas; and, it was before Jhenna Gabriel announced she was not returning for a fifth season.

I agreed with those people until I learned hord was interested in both schools. If hord were to go to any other school other than those two, I would say Texas is the clear favorite with the talent they have. Texas should beat Nebraska without either of them having hord imo, but the only way I would see Nebraska beating Texas is if they had hord. Idk if that makes sense

Personally, I think Hord to Nebraska is kind of funny.
Can't wait until the meme "We all just want Kaitlyn to be happy" takes off next fall...
