Still curious how you are privy to the injury status of Stucky and Hutson. I said it before and I will said it again. My comments are based on, first, the seriousness of the injury and the normal time it will take to recuperate from it, besides when both had the surgery was in October. This type of injury will take at least a year to be fully recuperated. Also, I have been talking with someone that is very close to the players and the team. It looks like the wont have the doctors go ahead until at least the half of the season. I’m hoping that the Gators give Glavee and Lauren Harden some playing chances as well. Time will tell.

If Gravlee was looking at a starting gig this fall, I think she would have seen more action last year. I would love to see her get more playing time. I don't think we are a national threat with AC as an OH. Haven't seen Harden play. Would love to see her grab that OH position. I think we have a lot of weapons. Just hope we make the right choices. I agree. AC could be a damn good service specialist, but her and I Martin are both short to be OH. Florida should give more playing time to Gravlee and Harden as well. Laurier Harden is the Gatorade Player of the Year from Indiana and 6-3”. I saw some videos from her and she has a hammer with good Volley IQ

I am not saying you are incorrect, however, there have been multiple athletes return from ACL surgeries in under a year. The good ole days of Tennessee LV basketball had their point guard return in under 6 months to lead them to a national championship. Technology and PT are significantly more advanced than what they were 30 years ago. I could be wrong, but I feel like Stucky will be be back before the middle of the season.

I’m just hoping that she could recuperate completely and play at the level we know she can. I don’t want her to get hurt again and her career could be over. She is in line to be with the USA team in the near future

44 days until Georgia Southern comes to Florida for fan day. So many questions likely to be answered then. Can't wait.

Florida is without question the largest under-achieving team in DI volleyball. Always loaded with talent. Always disappointing. SEC coaches vote them 2nd behind Texas. History indicates this is too high.

OK, JB. Are you willing to wager on Florida finishing in the top two of the SEC? Not with understanding the health of Stucky.

We can always use more west coast fans cheering from afar!! What takes you to Palo Alto? Don't see people moving there too often.

History indicates this is too high. OK Karen. Maybe recent history. If we talking overall history of SEC volleyball, Florida has been voted the top team correctly many times. We don't need to look to history though for any particular season, this season will be what it will be. Let the matches be played. It does not matter what some random person thinks about Florida's past achievements.
