Most people here either vote for the favourites or vote for the USA.
People just looked at Egonu and Boskovic's club seasons and extrapolated that to Italian and Serbia NTs. Is that justified? I don't know, if you watched Rio you would think that it was justified...
Plus an uncharacteristic collapse of the favourites (China) in group stages and unknown injuries. Again, nobody on this board knew about that (unless if JLP or anyone on the Chinese team lurks here)
So I'm not surprised they were 4th (but some people voted Russia before Serbia.. yeah that I don't understand). |

I think it's like 40/60 or 35/65 because of how well Boskovic is playing 40/60 sounds right. Serbia should come in with confidence and swagger but this group from USA hasn’t played Serbian A team, so the match up may have changed a bit since last time |
