Is it me or was that replay review super sketchy? it wasn't even shown right and it looked like the ball hit the ground just before she netted. #FIVB strikes again..... Japan's gonna need more help than that though.

Serbia has been passing well so far, not that they necessarily need good passing when Bosko is playing the way she is. But at least it gets the middles a bit more involved

Looks like Serbia's block/defense has adjusted to Japan's offense here in the 2nd. 23-16 not so close.

Just tuning in. Where is Koga? Why is Ishii on court?

Aww, Milenkovic got a second kill there.
I was gonna say Maja has the same amount of kills (2) as her OH Duo, but they have 3 total now.

Serbia's serving is probably the most underrated aspect of their game, but Japan's passing is just flat-out bad for a team that's supposed to be good at ball control and speed. Where did it go?

Just tuning in. Where is Koga? Why is Ishii on court? Koga got carried off the court in the 3rd set vs. Kenya. Japan struggled and nearly dropped the 3rd set to Kenya afterwards.

Controversial opinion but Popovic is better than Veljkovic. Classic offense vs block trade-off but Popovic gives more overall.

Pressure to perform at home getting to them. At this level, actual athletic skill is only 50% of one's total ability, the other 50% is the mental game. Trying to do well is clearly affecting Japan.

this is the 9th match of the Olympics and every single one has been a sweep so far. Let's see if Japan can break that up.
