Why is K Rob the OH sub when passing isn't the problem?

They are really struggling with these jump spin serves. They aren’t even that fast or placed well either, hopefully the US will wake up.

Why is K Rob the OH sub when passing isn't the problem? Also, what's her reception error rate between this match and last anyways? It seems like substitution patterns get carved into stone and are not flexible based on the performance of the players at the time. |
