So if China beat Italy and Argentina 3-0 then Turkey looses to ROC 3-0 they will both end with 2-3 and 7 points, Turkey still have the edge right? Yeah, cause of better set ratio. |

Now that China has taken 2 sets, there are only 2 outcomes related to USA:
If Italy comes back and wins in 5, USA must beat Italy 3-0 to overtake them in Pool Standing.
If Italy loses, in any result, USA simply needs to beat Italy, even in 5, to overtake them in Pool Standing.

It's nice to see China playing with smiles and having fun, even though they're out. The fact that they're doing well is even better.

Ha...something tells me Italy might not be playing 100% here against China. Why would you think that? You think they wanna match up with Serbia who they have not managed to beat in any important matches this past quad? Why would you think Italy will match up with Serbia for certain if they lose this match to China? You think Italy will certainly lose to the US? |

It's nice to see China playing with smiles and having fun, even though they're out. The fact that they're doing well is even better. A shame they are doing well only after they are eliminated. I think the Chinese fans prefer their team to do well when they are still in a position to contend for a medal. |

Not for certain, but they would be risking it compared to playing vs Jap or DR. Whoever thinks these competitors are throwing matches at this stage just to potentially hurt themselves is crazy. Didn’t you think China also threw the first match and said they do not care about the group stage? |
