Ridiculous. Pati Rolf joins the "LIFT" crew. Jineiry has hit that shot several times already. Not even close.
That call, its inconsistency, and extreme tightness has been a freaking joke this entire tournament. These calls completely change the momentum. Japan tools next point.

17-13 Japan leads in the 3rd. DR was digging everything early - but Japan is in system much more and finding open spots on court
17-14 Japan hits out and DR cuts it to three... T/O Japan
It's night and day when Japan is out of system vs. in system..
19-14 Japan answers with 2 out of the T/O and forces DR to call its 2nd T/O.
Too many misconnections on DR, not getting quality offensive swings.

25-19 Japan takes set 3.
DR leads the match 2-1.
Japan got up early in the set and it got tight a couple times but they never relinquished the lead. That lift call led to the biggest run of the set.
Brayelin looking very good though - I imagine she starts set 4 and they will ride her as much as possible to get out of here in 4 if possible.
