I was not overly impressed with his time coaching Australia TBH. Not sure he would be a good fit.

He seems to be a pretty analytically minded coach. Has he said or written anything publicly about Speraw’s aggressive serving strategy?

He seems to be a pretty analytically minded coach. Has he said or written anything publicly about Speraw’s aggressive serving strategy? He commentated on a few of their matches and was definitely critical of their serving strategy. However, Australia almost exclusively float serves (a few do jump serve) and they never looked good at all during the quad. I feel like having one or two jump floaters is a good balance for any team. I don't think it should strictly be middles who do it though. They are already a liability on defense in the back court.
