USA wins the Pool while getting swept against Russia scoring 51 points, and eking out two five-set wins against Italy and Turkey. Who in the world would have thought that would be good enough. What an insane tournament. That pewter medal is looking better and better by the day. |

I don’t think Russia has in them to pull off a surprise but I need to see Goncharova bring it so these soft newbies complaining about her screaming can witness the legendary Garay vs Gonch in your face scream/stare down fest like old times. LOL

Anyway I like Karakurt because she's underdog and only 21 years. She toned it down over the years, if you watched 2019 VNL's she's much better. She needs to be mentally more stable. I don't like her being cocky either. I feel like you guys are taking this personally. i just watched the replay, didn't see it because i was taking some water.
