I think she's too cocky to be honest. Screaming onto opponent's face in her first block is not sportmanship. It doesn't matter how good you are. I’ve never really seen much of this from her until the Olympics tbh. Even despite all her kills against the US I don’t recall her yelling at the American players, maybe there’s history between her and this Turkish team? |

Russia and Turkey have matches frequently in European championships. I don't know if she has personal beef with anyone though. |

I haven't seen her a ton, but I don't think it's a major issue she's notorious for. I think I have a vague memory of a few heated moments, especially because she's usually so reserved, where she lets loose. It's not a huge issue tho imo. I've definitely also seen Larson do it a few times and she's still probably one of, if not the most respected player in volleyball today. |

At this point, Imma start hoping we draw Korea in the QFs, but I'm pretty sure we'll get Serbia because the volleyball gods seem to hate USA Volleyball this Olympics.

Question: Isn't it against the rules that Russian players are lining up one line and hold their arms in order to block opponent's vision when they serve? I'm pretty sure it's not tolerated before.
All teams do this but Russia is doing it on the same line and all of them together. I've realized this in their other games too.
