It is provisional because the decision is not final. Since the process is ongoing, we don't know if she will be punished or not. Because we do not have access to all the evidence, the best we can do is to wait for the final ruling. She’s going to serve a suspension, full stop. The only question is whether it’s 4 years, 2 years, 9 months, or something in between. No wonder her upper body looks bulked up. |

The above WADA doping control video also includes the Results Management process. Once informed of an AAF, the Athlete has the following rights: To request for the B sample to be analyzed and to attend himself or via his representative the identification, opening and analysis of the B sample; To request copies of the A and B Sample laboratory documentation package; Right of a fair and timely hearing The right to appeal FIVB's decision which may be heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) |

Right. jjss claimed “innocent until proven guilty” but isn’t it just the opposite in the world of anti-doping agencies? Guilty until proven innocent? I’m not saying she was intentionally doping to gain competitive advantage, but once that test comes back positive there’s really no going back. That is not completely true.
