I am guessing that one of Syracuse or Ball State will have picked up a loss by the time of their meeting on Saturday, and am hopeful my Cyclones ensure that neither are undefeated anymore. I don't know if ISU can hand both a loss though, the tournament hosts have dished out a challenging schedule to the visiting Cyclones on Friday: ISU-BSU at 11 AM Central, ISU-Cuse at 4 PM Central!
I'm guessing Iowa will have found their way off the "defeated" list by then, too. Frankly, I'm not that surprised they are 0-4, but that doesn't mean they are bad. That is a tough first two weeks they have had!
If ISU can manage that Friday doubleheader well, I would not count out both Syracuse and Ball State having two losses come Saturday morning.

Nebraska sweeps Creighton and Texas Tech sweeps Northern Colorado to take down two undefeated teams.
Grambling State led Northwestern State 2-0 before losing in a fifth set for a chance for their first D1 win of the season.

This is going to be an interesting tournament, for sure.. Syracuse is dangerous but they can also be all over the place. I think Ball State pulls out a win here. Iowa certainly could be 0-7. Won't count on it, but, it's possible!

As sort-of predicted hoped by yours truly, Iowa State removes Ball State and Syracuse from the "undefeated" list.

My updated list. Any additions or corrections? A rare chance to get my VT "editors" ahead of time: First page should be fully updated, your list is just missing Tennessee State (5-0) who was idle this week and North Carolina (7-0)
