They were certainly happy to comment on it when they did it. Your boy Mark Milley called it a "righteous strike." Yes, lots. What a said and pathetic attitude. I'm good with being on the side of not murdering innocent families.

I'm good with being on the side of not murdering innocent families. Once again a cheap and childish shot. You truly are a real genuine dick. Everyone is on the side of not killing innocent families. Stop being such a real dick. Apparently not everyone!

But I don’t believe the Military is intentionally targeting innocent families. Sherman's March and the Scorched Earth policy. dropping atomic bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima didn't exactly do innocent families in those cities any favors...

Well with the Japanese and Confederates, maybe don't start wars then, huh?
You start wars, you get invaded or you get bombed.
As for Sherman, his March to the Sea always gets mentioned, but never the landmines placed in front of his men by Confederates or attacks on the trains of wounded previously sent back northward by guerrilla raiders. It also misses that in the March, he was much nicer than he was from Savannah heading up to North Carolina.
So you elect people to commit treason, you pay. You invade nations, commit atrocities, you pay.

You invade nations, commit atrocities, you pay. Particularly applicable to the last 70 or so years of US foreign policy!

But I don’t believe the Military is intentionally targeting innocent families. And yet, we keep killing innocents by the hundreds and thousands. If each of those deaths is a tragic mistake, we should stop dropping bombs until our military gets better at their jobs. Or we could just close our overseas bases and start unwinding American empire. That'd be better.

People who think they can't be touched end up acting like they should be touched. It's pretty much inevitable.

jfc? Really, ok.
Yes, when you do things like start a civil war or a world war and your government makes it clear there will be suicide bombings and so on, then yes, you're going to have civilians killed. So be it. I will take the deaths of 1,000,000 enemy civilians in a world war over the potential death of 150,000-200,000 US soldiers.
I will take the misery of traitors as a rebellion as suppressed though the person who mentioned the March to the Sea conveniently forgot to mention that Sherman's men left widows and the elderly alone.
I don't condone the drone bombings in the Mideast or Afghanistan. There's no declared war nor is there significant supervision of those actions taken. They are far, far, far cries from the planning and implementation done for the atomic bombings or planning for Sherman's marches through rebel states.
