This is the year Iowa takes down a Big Dog (hopefully 2 or 3)! To be fair, we did take down #6 Wisconsin in 5 at home in 2018… the record won’t show since that win has now been vacated  It was a win. Wisconsin fans at least go by on court results. I HATE that the UW athletic department has counted some of those as actual wins. Lame! |

My compliments to the two television announcers for this match. I know the name of the guy announcer, Connor Onion, because I kept wondering if he was any relation to a former Illini player Taylor Onion. He even surprised his partner in all his extra info about the players. Can someone tell me who the woman announcer was? I enjoyed her comments and insights into various strategies and skills. She mentioned she had been a vb coach, and although I cannot remember her hyphenated name, I believe she was a former vb player as well.
