I can't speak to how competitive the match might be since I haven't seen much of Northwestern this season but just wanted to give a shout-out for Welsh-Ryan Arena. Beautiful facility and a nice place to watch volleyball. I caught the 2019 regular season finale there when the Wildcats knocked off Illinois and Nia Robinson was on fire. Walked there from a nearby Metra stop and didn't remember it taking long. Also looks like it's only about a half mile walk from the nearest CTA Purple Line stop. You’re right. One of the nicer intimate volleyball venues I’ve been to. And only $10 for end line seats, well any seat for that matter. Lol Student section’s hyped, hopefully it will be a good game! Nice- good to hear! Enjoy! |
