Thank you vballfan17 for the thread, great to see UNC back on track enough that they finally get these again. My heart says Carolina but reality says to me Pitt. I see the Heels taking a set or hopefully 2.

UNC has to serve receive better than pre season. Nia and Shaff are one of the best pin duos in the ACC on the outside, but their passing, while getting better, is not at Pitt level. I would DS them and let them focus on offense. I really like our left pins.
UNC has the middles to compete and it will be interesting if Phegley starts instead of Howard due to Phegley knowing Serena Gray and her game from PSU, but that goes both ways. I'd put Merkler up against anyone, offensively and defensively.
RS: never know if Zinger shows up offensively...
Wurl will need a good game in the passing department.
Wondering if we run a 5-1 with Neelon and take chances of Lund crushing the line.....
UNC has to serve tough. Try to slow the middles of Pitt and set the block up on the pins. I do think this will be much more competitive than the past 4 meetings. I think there is a chance.....
UNC MOST LIKELY Starters:
S: Neelon Opp: Zinger DS: Austin MH: Merkler MH: Howard OH: Shaffmaster OH: Parker-Robinson DS: Shannon Libero: Wurl
I am looking forward to Parker-Robinson vs. Ndee and Shaff vs. Lund, Merker vs. Gray, Howard vs. Starks. Been a while since UNC has the talent to match up

vballfan17UNC is going to run a 6-2. so S: Neelon, Archer OPP: Zinger, Peck Austin will probably be DS if needed for Nia. Thats best guess

I feel like UNC is going to pull out every weapon, every tool, everything they possibly can to make this a competitive match. It will be interesting to see how this match progresses
