I hope Brown has ironed out her sets to the middles. There were several misconnections during the Iowa match. I noticed those, too. Maybe three or four sets on attacks in front of the setter. They kinda looked like Diana was forcing sets to the middle while she was a ways off the net and maybe should have just set the pins. No connection issues on slides stand out. Thinking this will be a good match against Northwestern. Should be pretty cool out tonight so maybe Huff won't be quite so hot. |

They’ve got some new audio system in Huff and whoever is running it is effing up- letting the warmups music continue to play while the pep band performs. Ain’t right!

So many graphics flying back and forth on this broadcast. It's really gross. They're barely showing replays (even on challenges) but run that graphic in the middle of points, including a set point in the 2nd. |

Northwestern leads 15-14 3rd set. Current level of Illini passing would not have won Mahomet Seymour JV tournament...maybe the consolation title. Have you seen the Mahomet Seymour JV tournament? |
