Is there an infrequent 'whoosh, whoosh' sound...I know it's the broadcast and I'm not having a stroke. That's the replay screen wipe that is playing constantly. I'm disputing the BTN+ charge on my credit card. |

Some vintage Raina Terry tonight. Terminal while mixing her shots- maybe the most tooling we've seen her do. Playing with a lot of confidence. In on a bunch of blocks. Five aces on the night.
Cooney and Kennedy put up some gaudy offensive numbers.
Was really cool to see this group get their first home W. Both the freshmen and sophomores (and transfer) hadn't won in Huff in front of fans until tonight. Glad they came back strong in the fifth.
TTA is awesome. So much power going off high hands and ripping sharp angles. Shoutout to the Northwestern bench- the entire match they were loudly distracting the Illini serve and doing emphatic cheers for each Northwestern point. The only thing missing was their patented towel rope jumping challenge routine, though maybe they only do that at home games.
