sabrina smith looks so much more physical this year Yes, better setting. I also think better coaching. I'm not sure why she couldn't do any of what she is doing this year last year. Most of her shots last year were tips. She's hitting the slide this year and I don't remember her ever doing it that much as a Bruin. I believe she ran the slide a little bit her redshirt freshman year. She had to play OPP for May when Mac had the flu on a road trip to Utah/Colorado I think. But again, like you said -- better setting. Sponcil was the setter back then.

Luper is hitting over .500 but May is getting double the sets.

That being said, I don't miss her though. I'll still take our 3 middles over her.

Did McCall play one rotation for Ndiaye? Nice to see her get a kill in the front row.

Did McCall play one rotation for Ndiaye? Nice to see her get a kill in the front row. Sealy made a wise move because they've struggled to get out of rotation 1 when Ndiaye is hitting on the left.

I don't think Lázaro is the problem, Keller. SMH.

4 of the first 6 points in set 3 are service errors. Welp.

4 of the first 6 points in set 3 are service errors. Welp. Now they're bracketing. Like artillery. Hit one over. Hit one in the net.

Anyone know if Mia Tuaniga has a brother who played volleyball? Long Beach State, maybe? Dunno.

I don't think Lázaro is the problem, Keller. SMH. I loved Lazaro as a freshman, but since then, she's seemed kind of 'meh' to me. Not sure why. Down 0-2 it can't hurt to find out if your other highly respected setter can do better, if she looks good in practice. Denny's serves, though...the bottom just drops out of them.

Please hit the ball at Fleck more.. 5 digs through 2.5 sets will not get it done for fantasy. She's been averaging 4-5 per set.
