Rice can't score with any consistency on their serve. Texas goes on a roll at some point with one of their servers, and Rice can't match it.
This one the teams really were closer than the first set, even though both of them were 25-14. Rice just got dominated in the second half.
I predict another 5+ point differential for Texas in the third set.

I guess it's more of an emergency situation type deal but I don't see why because it would only improve our offense and make it more versatile |

My guess is it's similar to Butler, only worse. Honestly, I just think Gabriel is limited as a setter.

The Rice coach cannot be pleased with the Owl's passing It's terrible. Texas is a great serving team. You add abominable serve receive and it's a recipe for disaster. Which this match has been for Rice. |
