It's Pepperdine AT Santa Clara, I believe. I hope it's a competitive match. Santa Clara was very competitive with LMU, but had a hard time containing Megan Rice. They may have similar trouble with Ahrens and Brown. SCU's middles are very short (under 6 feet).

Pepperdine is having all kinds of serve receive/OOS setting woes early in the first set and Santa Clara leads 10-6. TO Pepperdine.

Call overturned. 21-20, but SCU gets the next 2 points.

Pepp really struggling - their setter sort of set the tone early on with poor set location. Passing, digging and hitting all poor.

Live Stats are way messed up. Current score is 14-14 in the second set.
(When stats said 17-13 Pepperdine, it's actually 15-15)

Ahrens kill and Zelaya ace bring Pepperdine to 24-24. Tulino kill makes it 25-24 SCU

Ammerman error (wide down the line) gives Santa Clara the second set 27-25 and a 2-0 lead

Edit. Now they have fixed it and given credit to the correct players for the last kills.

Santa Clara has a true freshman setter who does well in system, but struggles in location when she's on the run. I expect her to improve with time and experience.
But I don't understand how Zelaya isn't playing much better in this match. Serve receive has been awful, especially in set 1, but setting has not been up to par either.
