Rubio with the best challenge *ever* there! Everyone at Maples knew it was a "challenge card" TO.

Yes, two of the quickest reviews I've seen.

Arizona seemed to lack fire. And backrow defense.

Arizona seemed to lack fire. And backrow defense. AZ needed to pass a lot better. With Stanford's large pin blockers, anytime AZ was OOS, it worked strongly to the Card's advantage. Stanford only had five service errors, which is outstanding for them. Of course, a lot of it was Baird finally serving the ball in instead of launching it into orbit. Kipp and Miner both had some nice serving runs too. Kipp, Francis, and Baird all had nice hitting numbers today. About the only thing Stanford did bad today was going into the shank tank when they had the big lead in the 3rd set.

Rubio with the best challenge *ever* there! Everyone at Maples knew it was a "challenge card" TO. I get it. Everyone everywhere knew what was going on. It was just so funny given that Baird was taking off like six feet behind the line and two of his players collided shanking the ball (so he couldn't challenge in or out). Just epic.

Anyone have Berty's numbers as a DS? I was scratching my head just as much as most here, but just using the eye test, it seems like she's doing just fine. I know it's a strange situation to be in where she is needed as a Ds, but it's ok. She's not a liability at least. She's good enough for now. Pleased to see it.
