ASU takes set 3, with Isanovic leading with 13 kills. What is up with Mirkovic? 3 kills off 21 swings.

ASU closes it out and wins the 4th 25-21. The 4th was close until the last handful of points. CAL really needs to work on their serve receive and defense. ASU lead by Isanovic with 16 kills and Levinska with 11. Stats fairly close overall, but ASU more effective in getting kills.

Ouch. I feel for Cal. After getting snubbed in 2019, I’m sure they had hopes for the tourney this year with Mirkovic and Smoot coming to the team after the spring.

Aside from Forte (and Anderson to a lesser extent), Huizenga was really underappreciated from the 2019 team.. Despite being a lefty and playing Opp, Huizenga was often in the passing rotation and passed quite well. She would also sometimes stay in to serve and set when none of the primary setters were on the floor.
