Salima handing out Associate Head Coach titles like Oprah hands out free cars I don't see an issue with it. She's bringing in some sharks. It's not a hand out for a well-established head coach to be intrigued by an associate offer such as this. Don't see how she comes for a lesser title

Ok this is weird. 2 associate head coaches on the same team?

Uncommon? Yes. Weird? Not at all. Texas had associate head coach titles for both Erik and Tonya. Proven assistant coaches who have earned the respect and acknowledgement. Ok this is weird. 2 associate head coaches on the same team?

Ok this is weird. 2 associate head coaches on the same team? It's a bit perplexing honestly. What did she do at Delaware? I get Craig at Creighton but then again Creighton was Creighton before Craig. And everyone knows that relationship. Not seeing how this came into play?

Ok this is weird. 2 associate head coaches on the same team? Uncommon but not weird. It might refer to a pay scale rather than their assigned duties. Each university treats this different, sometimes it’s a bump in pay other times it’s a bump in title to acknowledge their experience or service without the pay.

But they were what Sheffield thought worked best.
