I think they posted for a coach prior to season and decided to go this way. Their coach that was hired in 2021 and was in her 2nd season was still coaching a few weeks ago. I think the head coach is pregnant so maybe she decided to take some time off to have the baby? |

I do not know if there is more. The timing is not good for potential 2023 recruits. |

Something is strange with this one… There was no release of her stepping down, and was told she removed all her Lee Volleyball posts on her social media and she is no longer on any of Lee Volleyball’s social media. |

While it’s not in her bio, she still has tweets up as recent as mid September |

I absolutely agree, I just cannot speculate. I know what one recruit was told, and can only comment on that. I, too, find it a little strange. |

Arturo Rivera fired from Miami??? Can anyone confirm or deny? He was not on the bench for FSU or Duke. But that could be for other reasons? |

I was at the tournament for two years in Omaha. There was an ice storm one of the those years. I swore off Nebraska then. The steak places in Omaha may bring me back, but for now? No thanks. Too old for that crap. The ice was in 2008. When we pulled into town, the car thermometer read 9 degrees and when we left Sunday morning it was 1. There was about 3 inches of ice and snow packed on the roof. We stopped for gas in Missouri and it read 39 degrees. When I opened the door, I swear I could feel “warmth” after being in single digits for 4 days. No wonder I hear stories of people up north wearing shorts when it gets into the 40’s in the winter. Maybe one day it will be back in a warmer location. |

Not sure what’s going on at Eastfield College. They are 0-7 in conference with three games remaining & off to the worst record in school history. The previous four years their conference records were 7-3, 6-2, 10-0 & 9-1. Not sure who you hang the responsibility on - players or the new coach? The teams have always played well & they won a national championship a few years back. Sad to see a school that has had so much recent success & a history of leading their conference, absolutely fall off the map competitively in a matter of one season. Bizarre.
