It was illegal attack: the libero took the free ball with her hands in front of 3meter line: and front row player jumped and attacked: you cant attack a ball set by libero if the libero is in front of 3 meter line (10’ line) It was proper call which is why setter made the face she made! Only announcers and some of you dont know the rules |

Great match Heels. NCSU is a MUCH improved GOOD team. We really slowed their offense.
Set 2 loss was being way too reliant on the left side which got us in trouble in earlier matches. Our middles and Zinger stepping up have really helped with the offense.
Shaffmaster is SOOOO good offensively. I guess the coaches have settled on Phegley in the middle. I guess they can use Skyy on on any front row position if someone is struggling....
Our blocking is still subpar, but the back row defense has been superb. While we still have goals this season, I am hoping our highly touted class that is coming in the fall can fill what Neelon, Robinson, and Zinger has done this season...
next up: DUKE!

NCSU is not ready for the prime time lights. UNC served them off the court and NCSU didn't put any service pressure on them. The only reason UNC lost set 2 was self-inflicted errors. Kudos to UNC defense as well, they picked up a ton of balls.
