Any chance Louisville gets ranked #1 for the poll tmr? Well it's the AVCA, so probably not lol They are undefeated with wins over Kentucky, Purdue, Nebraska, Pitt, Georgia Tech, Florida St, Miami....but still won't get put above Texas just cuz. Makes perfect sense doesn’t it |

they are currently ranked 4 and 5 aren't they? You're right! And I was being facetious. IMO, regardless of the outcome of this match, there's a noticeable gap between the top 4 teams in the country and everyone else. After watching Ohio-State/Wisconsin the gap between those two is a wafer thin sliver…so saying there is a gap between the top 4 and everyone else is laughably wrong. Sorry. But my gap comment wasn't based on a single game, like OSU playing Wisconsin close. It's based on the season, and quality wins. If Nebraska beats Wisky, I think looking at the season, they belong in the top group. |

Texas still hasn't lost yet and has performed better against their two common opponents (6-1 in sets v. 6-4 for Pitt). Pitt hasn't swept anyone better than South Carolina, who's 4-6 in the SEC. |

Great match. Why I love college vball. Before the match, though Pitt would come out on top. Kudos to a tough UL team. Could setup a bran-burner in Pittsburgh next month!
BTW, why is burning barns a good thing? That could be a key piece of someone’s livelihood. Please children, do not burn barns.

If Pitt had a better libero I think they take this match. Too may missed plays by Browske that should have been picked up down the stretch. Still a great match by both teams!
