UCSB playing like their BWC season will be over if they lose. This is a must match for UCSB, but not for the Wahine. UCSB needs to remember, they still have to come to the Wahine back yard, the SSC. That match will be for the BWC Title and automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. The shoe will be on the other foot when UCSB comes to Hawaii. The Wahine team will be the one that will be playing in that must win match.

If Hawai'i loses and both teams win out the rest of the season, doesn't UCSB have the head to head advantage?

They would play again and if Hawaii wins out it means they would have beaten UCSB in Honolulu. But I agree that this match is do or die for both. And Hawaii isn’t good enough to say that they would never lose to another BW team.

Should Hawaii win out and UCSB lose just to Hawaii then Hawaii will have one loss in conference while UCSB will have 2

They can't get a decent serve receive, they haven't hit inside the court, no one is really terminating on the Hawaii side. I predict Gauchos winning the conference because of that last match. That will be Hawaii's last match of the season, their senior night,

Nice BVS! UCSB very scrappy on defense, but I don't like when they take forever wiping the floors especially when Hawai'i is trying to make moves.

And Hawaii isn’t good enough to say that they would never lose to another BW team. Got it! But a win for Hawaii tonight, would leave less pressure for Hawaii as they would be two matches ahead of SB. I always look at road matches at LB, CP, and SB as potential losses for Hawaii.

Williams still don’t know how to hit an overpass that sits up there. 😂
