Ducks dig deep to win in 5. Ducks played a lot better in the 4th and 5th sets. Lewis stepped up in the 5th. Ducks lead by Nuneviller with 25 kills and Lewis with 13. COL nearly beat the Ducks with Tabron's 23 kills, but couldn't get enough offensive assistance from other players. No other hitter had more than 8 kills for COL. Nice battle by both teams.

Oregon's block also needs to get its S together. I don't know what happened but there's been a marked drop the past couple of weeks.

Brooke I beg you please go pro after this season! Get that coin and be paid to take all of these swings!!! She took 61 swings in a 5 setter. That's not that many, compared to other big guns.

Tabron had better effiency than Nunneviller, and took less swings than Nunneviller. She also had junk balls like Nunneviller. I think Tabron has a high ceiling to get better and be a really great OH in the PAC. Nunneviller definitely still beats Tabron on back row defense and hits (and particularly serve receive), but Tabron showed she can be just as good (if not better) at hitting as one of the best OHs in the PAC already.

BTW, Nunneviller is my favorite PAC Outside because she has such a high VB IQ and plays so well all around, so I'm just proud to see Tabron do "better" at hitting than Nunneviller when head-to-head and in Oregon's house.

LOL she had a good match. She's no Nuneviller. Just recognize her having a good match.

A win is a win, thank goodness. But the ducks need to figure out a lineup and work it. Unfortunately, the timing of injuries has left game day as the first time some of these lineups have worked together

Brooke I beg you please go pro after this season! Get that coin and be paid to take all of these swings!!! She's actually stated that she's gonna be a libero when she turns pro and has an eye on being the national team libero. I think she's focusing on 2028 for that.

I also mentioned how good Nunneviller is all around. Jeesh. Tabron was a bit better today in Oregon's house (you should recognize that), and that's basically what I said.
