it's just insane how many matches we win with no middle involvement and just Samedy putting holes in the floor. unheard of It's just insane how when the Gophers win the way the Gophers are able to win, fans complain that they want them to win a different way. Oh that wasn't a complaint haha I am good with a goph win no matter what! I just think it's a testament to the talent of our pins that we win without the middle presence Minnesota usually has

News Alert... Ohio St. is a pretender! I can't believe I picked them to win over Minnesota in PTW. SMH (I deserve a verbal beatdown for that!!) Now Ohio St. will get thumped by Nebraska later this week and they will be out of the picture finally!! Um, 2 deuce sets, it looks like it was actually a close match won by the Gophers by 5 points overall, to their credit. Please, Nebraska, take the Buckeyes lightly!

Mac Podraza’s super high serve? What does it accomplish? Like does it cause some sort of mental questioning on the opposing team or no? I’m very curious. If you watch Haikyuu there’s an episode that kind of gives a good example of this 😂

If you watch Haikyuu there’s an episode that kind of gives a good example of this 😂 It doesn't seem very successful to me but maybe an attempt to disrupt timing?

I'm ready to play Landfair in the middle. When she can play. The other option would be Miyabe, but I'd rather not.
Preposterous post? Maybe.

A lot of that probably hinges on her lateral quickness to the pins from a blocking perspective. (Assuming she can get healthy in the first place)

Honestly, I think part of the Gophers uptick is simply that they've accepted that Landfair isn't going to be there. When she first went out, it was touch and go, and I can see how that would affect a team mentally - players and coaches. But now it seems to be clear that she's not going to back or if she is not for a while and everyone just seems to have adjusted and is owning "this is what I have to do."

I don’t foresee your request being fulfilled.

Miyabe briefly played middle during the spring season. I would think that would be the more likely scenario. P.S. I discuss a probably not likely but possible Landfair medical redshirt in the Minnesota thread.

wait how was she not taken out after getting hit in the head with that swing from londot I think it hit her mostly in the forehead, so less painful than a full on facial

The color commentator complementing a play to Wenaas at 11-13 in the 4th set called it a 116 or 1-16. Anyone know what she was referring to? The BTN timestamp on my DVR is 1hr50'
