Kipp saves the day for Stanford with a strong performance in sets 3 and 4. Stanford wins in 4.

Campbell had 7 block assists while Vicini only had 1. Usually its the other way around

Each time Kipp rotated out she went to the bench and sat. Think Courtney was making sure she hydrated

Sending positives vibes and hoping they can start to gel and gain some confidence moving forward. That certainly needs to happen.

Each time Kipp rotated out she went to the bench and sat. Think Courtney was making sure she hydrated Kipp wasn't 100%. She looked really gassed in set 1 and 2. Once she got hydrated she did better. I'm guessing she was just out of shape due to very little practice over the past two weeks.

Stanford will definitely need to clean it up to stand a chance against the Washington schools. In particular, Francis needs to be better

In particular, Francis needs to be better Stanford can beat Washington St IMO because there are more exploitable mismatches. U-Dub is a much tougher nut to crack due to their size. Stanford is somewhere around 50-50 odds against WSU whereas U-Dub it's more like 1 in 5. I wish the Card were playing WSU on Thursday instead of Saturday.

Time to can Kevin. It’s been downhill ever since he said Gray was the best setter he had ever coached. avid 2.0I’m not sure what you have against Gray. All she did is deliver 3 championships. What we need right now is some leadership, something we having been lacking since Gray graduated. Agree, this team is on the soft side. Vicinni and Francis are about as emotional as this team gets. Gray was the rudder and Hentz the motor.

Tkachenko is the best player on the floor. She played a great match and only her 1st year

Agreed! Both Baird and Kipp scored more points and had hitting percentages more than twice or thrice as high.
