What makes you say so? I doubt he will be. Molly is about to have a child in a week the announcer said and he made the tournament his first two seasons there, and has a top 15 recruiting class coming in next year. Do you think he would get the chop after one awful season? Kayla Banwarth had the same results last year and now Ole Miss is a tournament caliber team. Edit: I understand that he was gifted lots of talent when he took on the interim position, but talent doesn't guarantee the results the Taylor's have had. Look at LSU, with all their talent, failing to make the tournament year after year. are you not aware of why all his players left and spoke out on social media about his racist and ignorant behavior ? Yes, it's been discussed thoroughly on this forum. If he hasn't been fired already for it I highly doubt he will be now. If he was going to be fired for poor job performance, sure, maybe wait until the end of the season to see if the team picks up momentum. But if it is a valid issue regarding the allegations around race, I would expect the fire to occur swiftly rather than later. You said he would "almost certainly" be fired, implying that you know something to suggest there are conversations of him being fired from the administration, which if you do please share, but at this point I just don't see it happening. Also, you cannot say that all of his players left for those reasons regarding the social media instances. Making generalizations and assumptions are dangerous things to do when discussing someone's job security, especially when they have a child on the way. Sure, it is very possible a few players may have left for those reasons, but surely not all did. Many left for grad school. Omazic nearly stayed with the team before transferring to Miami, even making a post about staying on Instagram. It's also interesting because the social media posts you talk about were just a story posted, right? Not trying to discredit or minimize the possible events or testimonies of the girls, but I just find it a bit odd you continually make inferences about Mizzou with seemingly little information to base your opinions off of. If there really were occurrences of racism, and 'm not saying there surely wasn't, I hope justice is given to whoever deserves it and everything works out for the best.
