How was that challengeable? Good question. ASU touched the net down low. Net "touch"

I prefer Snyder over Shieds. I really question Tomacevic’s decisions this year. Cyr was a huge part of this team’s turn around earlier this year. They really struggled trying to find an OH2 and it was a huge void. Enter Geli and she’s so dynamic, passing, defense, out of system, in….she’s super solid. Yet Tomasevic pulls her out whenever she can. Today she pulled her out for Robelo who literally tipped four times in a row for easy CO digs. She finally put Geli back in, but at that point all the momentum had shifted CO’s way, very next play she subbed out Snyder, lol. This is her pattern, I really don’t think she knows what is causing the success and struggles on her team. Tomasevic has subbed in Shields many times this year and it hasn’t worked out for ASU once. We’ll see today. We had to suffer through months of Larson’s shanks and easy missed digs before we finally get some time with Cox. IMO Tomasevic can’t get put of her own way. Yes I agree. I think she just wants to change something when things don't go right even the changes might not be the cause. I'm not following ASU that closely, so my comments might be way off. But I wonder if the gap between Geli/Robelo and Snyder/Sheilds are the smallest that she feels the most comfortable to put the back up in.

Did her parents really name her "Jelly" Geli, but I'd be curious to know she or her parents ethnic background, and how it might be related. Geli is a diminutive of Angelique, which is her first name.

ASU touched the net down low. Net "touch" No the down ref signaled "over the net"

ASU touched the net down low. Net "touch" No the down ref signaled "over the net" I guess challenging whether the blocker "touched" the ball on the invasion?

They aren’t deep at any position, but I think Tomasevic gets emotionally attached to certain players and overlooks performance. Larson, for instance, plays the cheerleader role really well, but despite being a great supporter you have to perform. This is what I mean by getting in her own way. I don’t think she assesses and evaluates correctly what’s transpiring on the court and adjusts accordingly. With her there’s too much emotion.

ASU was up 15-11....then Colorado got up 23-18 and looked like they had it. Then ASU came back with three straight points to close to 23-21...now 23-22.

How did Kuehl not close on that OOS transition hit? That has to be the slowest set to get a 1-on-1 in the conference this year.
