That seems very unlikely. I don’t know much about the current recruits, but he got Lazaro to flip her commitment to Utah and join him in L.A., so there is some precedent on that front…OTOH, USC to ASU a different animal. Hey it happened with Alyse Ford a few years ago! |

Iman is not staying at ASU. Sun Devil Volleyball is removed from her instagram. And looking at her followers, I think you can see where she's going where? Lol I honestly can’t tell. The last follows are either professional players or ASU players. WSU, Pepperdine, and Creighton are following her. |

Really glad to see Preslie back at ASU. She had come to ASU as a volunteer assistant last year only to leave for the same role at TCU a few months later. Her father Mike was on ASU's wrestling team back in the late 80s / early 90s. As for the Isanovic-to-WSU tea, I think she and Jehlarova are really close friends too. |

Would love to see Gardner as the other hire. She recruited well for Arkansas and ASU prior to Arkansas.

This hire should frustrate current assistants that have been working to try and get a P5 opportunity for years where someone with 1 year of volunteer work gets a PAC-12 job. I don't see how this hire makes any sense for pushing forward the program.

Glad I’m not the only one a little confused by the AC hire... Big congrats to her and wishing her all the best but there are a ton of other much more qualified applicants out there that I’d expect to get the job over her. Maybe Van Niel wanted to inject some youth into the program?

I’m sure some of us know this hire was to save face to have the in-state talent stay. I’m not sure how well she is connected around the valley for her to be the face of recruiting Phoenix/the rest of the state. The only thing concerning would be she could be seen more as “friend” than “Coach Preslie.” I wish her the absolute best but this might be an experiment for Van Niel.
