USC takes second set 25-15. AZ got one more point than the 1st set lol. USC lead by Botkin with 9 kills, and Owes with 8. AZ lead by Hodge with 6 kills.

Rubio. Take Maldonado out of the backrow! Need a DS back there to receive serve. Does he have one? One better than Sofia? Well Sofia usually does pretty well, but not today. He has 3 other DS's to try to mix it up.

I'm not sure if they're all available but besides the four listed in the OP, Ellman, Tortorella, and Wray are listed as defensive specialists on the roster. Ua is usually good and doesn't seem to be playing today.

AZ is a hot mess tonight. They look worse than OSU and CAL.

Just after I say that, a DS, Jaleesa, goes on a serving run to close the gap in the 3rd. USC up 13-8. USC T/O.

I just noticed USC added a match on Monday against Brown in hopes of getting to .500. The key match could be Stanford. I'd rate it a toss up right now based upon what I'm seeing tonight.

My gawd, this is the worst passing I've seen in a match by any team this season -- just ugly.

I just noticed USC added a match on Monday against Brown in hopes of getting to .500. Win win for Brown and USC. Brown gets to see a quality team before the tournament and USC gets an opportunity for another win

USC with the lopsided sweep. Just a really up and down season for them.

USC with the lopsided sweep. Just a really up and down season for them. One down. Four to go. The ASU game was wild in Tempe, it could be on Sunday as well. Both teams desperately need that match to make the tournament. Three wins gives USC 'a' chance, very much so if UCLA is one of the three. Four more wins and they should 100% be in the tournament.

Oh, yeah, just saw that Brown match. Was that on the initial schedule?
