Dear Tennessee middle,
You're losing in the 5th set to a team that is 4-24. Yelling at the opposing hitter through the net after you block them is rarely cool, but in this situation it is particularly idiotic.

Ouch. No gravy for Tennessee this Thanksgiving. Extra pumpkin pie for Missouri!
Thank goodness I did not go to this match -- that would be a long drive home!

Tennessee is going to be the worst "#2 seed". I was more impressed by the teams in the MAC championship match than this. I have to look again, but, I think Tennessee is a lock to go to Ohio State

The only silver lining for UT here is the coaching staff can use this as motivation over the next week. Instead of going into the tournament complacent, hopefully they'll go in humbled.

I think it can be a number of teams for that one, i’ll have to double check. I’m not up to date, but I think Tennessee can still be dangerous. I’ve been concerned with ball control, but they have decent middles and three pins who *can* be potent offensively. They do seem like a hot mess at times, at least hot and cold

I have to look again, but, I think Tennessee is a lock to go to Ohio State I still think Ohio State is likely. But it is possible for TN to go to Louisville, Illinois to Kentucky, and Western Kentucky to Ohio State or Purdue. I guess it is still possible that Michigan goes to Pittsburgh instead of Penn State, but I don't think they can do this w/o adding a fly-in. I think West Virginia is the most likely #3 in Ohio State's sub - if West Virginia makes it.

I think West Virginia is the most likely #3 in Ohio State's sub - if West Virginia makes it. Tennesse is within driving distance of Georgia Tech (Atlanta), as well. But, just so many other options (for the GT sub-regional) like fellow SEC Miss. State and South Carolina with less drive-in options than Tennessee. I agree that Tennessee to Ohio State seems most logical. Since Illinois lost to Michigan, are they still safe on the 2-line, or are they out of the Top 32 RPI ?
