Will she start? Is she better than Gulubey? no. she's only signed a practice contract. she's not registered to play for them in competition (idk why lol) hmmm that's an interesting choice.

I think it was pipe probably 90%+ of the time, but I can distinctly remember at least a couple of instances in the latter stages of the NCAA tournament (when Wisconsin played Minnesota, Louisville, or Nebraska) where it wasn't a pipe. I remember one time in particular where they switched to a view of the net from the end line for the replay, and it was easy to see that the opposing OH had followed Rettke all the way out to the pin anticipating the slide, leaving a large gap into which Demps could hit the D (or similar non-pipe set, maybe it was slightly more of a C).

Hilley setting Demps in the back row on a D set. If the link to the exact time doesn't work, the end line replay is at 2:24:14.

Brionne Butler had her debut game earlier. She scored 9 points.

she gave up the Italian league for this?? Yeah... She can make her own decision in whatever league/team/money/opportunity she wants. This is the toxic &*!& we talk about. Support players, not bring them down.

I stand by what I said in another thread especially now that’s she’s a professional and not a college player. Athletes at this level are gonna be discussed and sometimes criticized. (Funny thing is I wasn’t even criticizing her really just this league she chose)

You saying something the league SHE CHOSE is not criticizing? Come on... It doesn't matter if they're in college or professional. Have we not learned from the Naomi Osaka's to the Matt Anderson's of the world? Anyways, I really don't know if you actually did criticize or not because we're all just hiding behind these forums.
