Men's Champions League is starting to get real interesting heading into the last week of matches next week...
Ziraat Bankasi Ankara was upset by Maaseik yesterday which changes a lot for the race to make it to the QF's as a second place team. Lube went to Siberia and beat Lokomotiv Novosibirsk this morning 3-1. Zaksa plays at Lokomotiv on Saturday
Trentino plays Perugia for the FIFTH time this year tomorrow, that'll be a banger
Looking forward to next week: Berlin travels to St. Petersburg to take on ZSP twice in two days to decide who wins Pool D. I'll be commentating the Wednesday match
JW, Lube, Perugia already clinched QF spots. Dinamo Moscow will likely win Pool B. Trentino, Zaksa, and ZSP-Berlin series loser most likely to make it through as second place teams as of right now

The Berlin and ZSP series will be interesting. ZSP will have to split the series to guarantee that they will move on as runners-up. If they take both from Berlin, Berlin should be in decent shape.

Plays for Taranto and is starting to see the court more than Sabbi. He's gonna be good All Italy needs is elite middles...they have Michieletto, Lavia, Stefani, Giannelli, and Balaso all for the next ten years at least |

Anderson will get to go up against his former teammate/setter at Zenit Kazan as Saeed Maroof signed a two month contract at Fenerbahce (and played in their CEV match against Cannes). |
